Descripton

This project was for the construction of a new 400,000 t/a LWC line at the Cartiere Burgo Mil in Verzuolo, Italy.

The project was a turn-key delivery by Metso and Jaako Poryry was engaged by Metso as their engineering consultant.

My responsibilities on this project included,

  • Function specification (DIN diagrams)
  • Loop-wise function descriptions for Chemical Preparation and PGW areas
  • Process description review for the Stock Preparation and Paper Machine areas

System design and engineering for this project was preformed in the Jaakko Poyry Helsinki design office.
