Descripton

Veolia was engaged by Goulburn Valley Water to review their existing systems and to advise on the management of electrical and control systems assets.

This assignment included,

• Condition assessments of a sample of assets
• Review of systems and procedures
• Review of samples of drawings
• Interviews with numerous staff at all levels of the organization
• Interviews with external service providers
• Facilitated workshop to identify and prioritize improvements

A comprehensive report including recommendations and action plans was prepared.
