Descripton

Serck Controls was on a panel of approved control systems integrators for Sydney Water projects.

I was responsible for the management of the following projects,

  • Rouse Hill RWP Stage 2 Amplification (2006-2008 - John Holland Group)
  • Liverpool STP Stage 5A (Commissioning and close out phases) (2006-2008 - UGL)
  • Liverpool STP Stage 5A & Liverpool to Ashfield Pipeline (2007-2008 - Leighton Contractors)
  • North Head STP Biosolids (commissioning phase) (2007-2008 - UGL)
Challanges

These projects had several challenges including,

  • Managing the relationship between our clients and Sydney Water (who nominated Serck Controls to the approved integrator's panel)
